The Challenge -

Ask Phill, a Shopify agency in Amsterdam, needed better reporting for sales and marketing. Their HubSpot setup wasn’t tracking the customer journey properly, which made reporting unreliable. They also wanted a system to manage commercial outreach in a structured way.

The Solution -

We restructured HubSpot to track leads from first touch through to signed deal and connected the tools Ask Phill relies on:

  • Apollo integrated into HubSpot, so outreach activity feeds in automatically
  • Source tracking added across objects so attribution is kept accurate
  • Lead Workspace was created so the sales team can qualify leads before they enter the pipeline
  • PandaDoc integrated to automate proposals and ensure deals only close with signed contracts
  • Automations and required fields added so every closed deal includes the info the project team needs
