Kontek Education is a resource hub for Kontek’s clients. It holds a large volume of content across different formats, used to support and educate their customer base.

The platform was originally built on Episerver, which made it difficult to manage. Adding or updating content was slow, and the system couldn’t support all the content types Kontek needed. As a result, content ended up scattered across multiple platforms, with Episerver acting as a thin layer linking everything together.

On top of that, the platform already contained over 800 pieces of content. Any new solution needed to handle that volume while staying scalable for future growth.

We rebuilt the entire education platform on HubSpot CMS, bringing all content into one system.

The new setup allows Kontek to manage and publish content directly without relying on developers. Different content types can now be hosted natively within HubSpot, removing the need for external platforms.

We also structured the platform to handle a large and growing content library. Existing content was migrated and organised in a way that makes it easy to find, update, and expand over time. The system is built to scale as Kontek continues to add new resources.
